This site, not our services

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern consulting services. Any engagement with VIA Consulting — a Business Diagnostic, an HR or marketing project, administrative support work — is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website, and nothing you submit through the contact form, creates a consulting relationship or obligates either of us to enter one.

The content here is general information

The material on this site describes our approach and areas of practice in general terms. It is not professional advice for your particular situation, and specifically it is not legal, tax, accounting, employment-law or regulatory advice. Employment and labor requirements differ substantially between Puerto Rico, the United States and the Dominican Republic, and they change. Submitting information to us

When you use the Business Diagnostic form or email us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information belonging to your employer or a third party, and do not send sensitive personal data, through this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from this website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Puerto Rico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
