VIA Consulting LLC ("VIA Consulting," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. We have kept it short because this site collects very little.

Who we are

VIA Consulting LLC is a boutique business improvement and implementation consulting firm based in Puerto Rico, serving clients in Puerto Rico, the United States and the Dominican Republic. You can reach us at contact@viaconsultingpr.com.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us. Specifically:

• Information you submit through the Business Diagnostic form: your name, email address, telephone number and country. You may also choose to include your organization name and a description of what you need help with.
• Information you send us by email: whatever you include in your message.
• Standard server records: like nearly every website, our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These records exist for security and reliability and are not used to build a profile of you.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics tools, or any technology that follows you across other websites. We do not create accounts and we do not store anything in your browser.

Why we use it

We use the information you provide for these purposes and no others:

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a Business Diagnostic or other consultation.
• To deliver and administer services you engage us for.
• To keep ordinary business records of our correspondence and client relationships.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Who else touches your information

We use a small number of established service providers to run this website and our correspondence. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website, and keeps the standard server records described above.
• Web3Forms — receives Business Diagnostic form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.
• Google Workspace — provides our business email, where your message is received and stored.
• Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS content network — supply typefaces and styling when the page loads. Loading these resources reveals your IP address to those providers, as it would on most websites.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept while they remain commercially relevant and are then deleted. Records connected to a client engagement are retained for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by applicable legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

Write to contact@viaconsultingpr.com and you may ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
• Stop contacting you.

We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you for these requests. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights; we will honor those rights where they apply to you.

Where your information is processed

We operate from Puerto Rico and our service providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from the Dominican Republic or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information — government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information — through the website form. If we need information of that kind for an engagement, we will arrange a secure method with you directly.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
